It’s a unique offering where we take full responsibility of the clients IT environment, for a fixed monthly cost, by installing our agent (2mb) on every work station. This allows us to remotely access all workstations and run our script database, maintaining the environment which prevent business interruptions. Our Maintenance include the following:

A strategy document will be created and agreed upon which will include the entire IT strategy, hardware standardisation, software standardisation, disaster recovery procedure, stock to be kept etc.
